Tailgating trailer for any occasion

$325/hr with a minimum of two hours rental time and a $350 security deposit. Full or partial payment may be applied at the time of booking. The full amount for the security deposit ($350.00) must be paid up front to book the rental. The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours prior to event. 

• 2-8 Tailgates offers a 6x12 enclosed trailer equipped with a 65 inch television, atop the trailer sits a KING tailgater pro antenna that connects to a Wally receiver capable of receiving 200 channels, all equipped by a 3500W generator with a 30amp RV style power hookup.
• The awning is fully automatic.
• The half bathroom located at the front of the trailer eliminates any inconvenience of having to find a restroom.(Restroom will be winterized during cold season and will not be available).
• Exterior lighting provides an ambient experience.

There is a two hour minimum for trailer rentals, availabilities are Saturday and Sunday all day until Midnight. More availability to come in the future.

Delivery, complete setup and complete breakdown is included with the package. 

Trailer rental is available to tailgaters, private parties, sororities/fraternities, corporate events, and team building affording all zoning and parking requirements are met (space for setup along with a flat concrete surface required). 

Yes, a $350.00 security deposit is required to secure the rental and will be returned within three business days after the Trailer is picked up.

Yes, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from the security deposit the remaining balance along with any payments made will be refunded. Notification of cancellation must be given three days prior to event. If notice of cancellation is not given in writing or by phone three days prior to event a refund will not be issued. Failure to complete payment for full amount of remaining balance of booking 48 hours prior to event constitutes a cancellation and the customer forfeits the security deposit and any payments made. For cancellations due to acts of god or terrorism, deposits will be refunded in the form of a credit for an event in the next 12 months.

In the event of technical issues with satellite services, grill, television, generator, or water, I will be available to resolve issue, if unable to resolve, a refund will be given for the services not rendered.

I will not provide alcohol, but at the request of the customer the cooler will be stocked  with any alcohol the customer supplies.

No, propane will be provided for the grill.

No, cooking utensils for use with the grill will be provided. The customer will have to provide their own eating utensils. Complimentary ice will be provided for the cooler.
